How to use
Muse day to day
Part of the Muse beginner track · Meta (Meta Superintelligence Labs).
Giving tasks. Just message Muse in plain language. Be clear about the goal, limits, and when to stop. Example: "Find 3 options and show me. Don't book."
Watching it work. The assistant avatar shows live status, like "Is working" or "Is updating memory."
Approving actions. Muse asks based on your permission settings. Tap See task details, then choose an option. Use Allow once for anything that goes out into the world.
Reminders and recurring tasks. Ask in chat: "Every Friday at 4 PM, summarize this week's emails from clients." See them all under your assistant icon → Upcoming. Cancel by asking: "Cancel my Friday summary."
Memory. Muse saves things you share in a Memory.md file. To edit or delete it: tap the assistant icon → Identity → Memory. You can also say "Forget everything about my old job."
Stopping and fixing.
- Stop or undo: ask in chat. Some things, like reading a website, can stop. Others, like a sent email, can't be undone.
- Disconnect a connector anytime in Settings → Connectors. Info Muse already used may stay in its memory and chat history.
- Reset deletes all info, chat history, files, and tasks forever. There's no undo.
Weekly check: Activity log → Allowed websites → Upcoming → Memory.
