Muse use-case ideas
Part of the Muse beginner track · Meta (Meta Superintelligence Labs).
These ideas use features Meta documents: connectors, web access, reminders, recurring tasks, purchases with approval. Test each with "Always ask" on.
Small business:
- Real estate: lead follow-up drafts. Muse checks your email each morning for new inquiries and drafts replies you approve.
- Real estate / wholesaling: weekly listing research. A recurring task to gather public listings in an area into a summary.
- E-commerce: supplier and competitor price checks. A weekly summary of prices on sites you name.
- E-commerce: customer email drafts. Muse drafts answers from your FAQ. You send.
- Agencies: client meeting prep. Before each meeting on your calendar, a summary of recent emails with that client.
- Local services: appointment reminders for you. Daily list of tomorrow's jobs from your calendar.
- Local services: Marketplace and Facebook replies. Drafts for each message, with strict approvals (see the safety section).
Personal and family:
- Morning summary of email and calendar.
- Trip planning with approval to book.
- Location reminders, like "when I'm near the pharmacy."
Work:
- Weekly status draft from your sent emails and calendar.
Side income (realistic):
- Sell unused stuff on Marketplace with draft replies and public pickup spots.
- Research for a side project, like comparing print-on-demand suppliers. We don't promise earnings.
Not verified: bill negotiation is a popular YouTube topic (§9.3 #6), but Meta doesn't document it as a feature. We left it out.
