How to use Claude Duet day to day

Morning brief. Ask once, then schedule it. Keep week one "report only."

Monitoring. Anthropic says Duet watches connected apps and messages and pings you when something needs you — useful, but it can misread urgency early on. Double-check "urgent" flags.

One ongoing thread. Type or use voice in the same Duet conversation so context sticks.

Approvals. When Duet asks, read the details. Prefer one clear yes per action the first month.

Memory and skills. Duet can carry Claude memory and skills. Review what it remembers monthly.

Limits. Same pool as Claude chat. Heavy background checking burns the same allowance. If you hit limits, pause routines before upgrading.
